1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using services provided by TAPLA TECHNOLOGIES M.M.C. ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. Service Description

TAPLA TECHNOLOGIES M.M.C. provides AI-powered image and video generation services through a subscription-based model. We offer access to multiple AI models, credit-based usage, and various subscription tiers. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Content Ownership and License

Understanding ownership rights is important:

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of prompts and content you upload to our Service.
  • Generated Content: You own the AI-generated images and videos created through our Service, subject to these Terms.
  • License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide and improve our Service, including training AI models (using anonymized data).

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:

Strictly Prohibited:

  • Generating illegal, harmful, or offensive content (violence, hate speech, explicit content involving minors).
  • Creating deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our Service security.
  • Using the Service to spam, harass, or abuse other users or third parties.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Credits System

Credits are used to access AI generation features. Credit costs vary by model and are displayed before each generation. Unused credits expire according to your subscription plan terms. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific generation results. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
